   Showed up on time and checked in with hostess. Waited over an hour and never got seated. Paid for valet and left. Terrible experience. It was to celebrate my birthday. The hosts just totally ignored us when we kept trying to ask for an update.

   They shouldn’t seat kids knowing they don’t have the staff to feed people on time. After two hours we had to leave without eating.

   Craig, the chef was awesome. He was very friendly and easy to talk too. I’m giving it four stars for service because I would give him five stars, but our server was horrible. She was not continuously circling the table and it took forever to get drinks from her or refills.

   We had reservations at 1 PM and were seated at 2 PM. Then we waited an entire hour for water our server and the chef to arrive. We went to celebrate our nephew’s graduation and unfortunately this was such a disappointing experience. The food also was not up to par with their usual quality.

   We went to Benihana for a date night and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and it felt like a special experience without being too formal. Our chef was super entertaining and made the whole meal interactive and exciting — the knife tricks and fire never get old! The food was delicious, especially the steak and shrimp combo, and the fried rice was a favorite. It’s a great place if you want dinner and a show all in one. Perfect for a fun night out as a couple. We’ll definitely be back for another date night soon.

   I had a good impression I experienced on the past but this time I am disappointed...there was a lack in any aspect. If I decide to dinner to Benihaha restaurant this facility will not be on my list

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just had an unforgettable experience at Benihana in Miami Beach, and everything from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Our chef Greg was the star of the night—so talented, fun, and engaging! He made the whole hibachi experience so entertaining while cooking everything to perfection. Our server, Mel, was also fantastic—super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The appetizers were delicious and came out quickly. We tried the sushi, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The drinks were perfectly mixed and refreshing, setting the tone for a great night. Our favorite dish was hands down the Benihana Trio—an amazing combo of steak, chicken, and shrimp. Everything was cooked exactly how we like it, and the flavors were spot-on. We ended the night with dessert, and it was the perfect sweet finish to a great meal.

    The AC was broken and made it unbearable for my kids. We waited about 1 hour just for the chef to arrive to the table. It was very uncomfortable and dangerous—kids overheat faster than adults and when you have no AC and sitting in front of heaters…it can get overwhelming.
