Benihana's is a classic. You can never go wrong! The staff was incredible, helpful and answered any questions we had. The food was perfection, per usual. It was a perfect GNO with my daughter to celebrate.

Beni Hana is an enjoyable place to eat. The food is good, the change in the way they do the vegetables is not to my liking. They used to cut the zuchini and onions on the cook top in larger sections that were easier to pick up and eat. the thinly sliced vegetables are harder to pickup with the chopsticks and don't coat with the sauces as well. The flavor of the food is good. the chefs do a good job cooking but the entertainment portion of the meal has always been hit or miss. This time it was more of a miss. The cost has almost doubled in the last few years. i think this might be the last time we make the drive from Spanish Fork to dine at the Salt Lake restaurant. just not worth the drive, time and money for the experience anymore.

It was fine. The food was good, but this seemed to be the restaurant of "no" which for a restaurant at this price point, is disappointing. If you want the special that is advertised outside, you must sit downstairs and nobody in your party can be at the hibachi tables upstairs. If you sign up for their rewards for the free appetizer in advance, they will not give it to you and say it's for your next visit. Then, they'll forget to enter your rewards member number so you don't get any credit for being there to even get it. The hibachi chef did a good job and our server kept drinks full until the end, albeit he did seem frustrated when we needed a moment to pick different items off the menu upon being told that we couldn't have the special. Unfortunately, this location probably isn't worth visiting, and absolutely skip their rewards program. Next time, we'll hit up a more local restaurant rather than a chain that doesn't seem to care much.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary and my birthday. The chef was skilled, dinner was delicious. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

We had high hopes for this place. Came for a birthday with 6 friends. We checked in at our scheduled time but said we were waiting on one person, they told us to wait until they arrived. This friend was 10 minutes late and I heard the hosts talking to each other complaining about how we made a reservation for 7:30 but can’t bother to show up on time and I thought that was rude. We were shown to our table our server did not come for quite some time, she took our drink order and didn’t come back for at least 15 minutes which I found rather odd as well. She did not bother with refills and she never brought us our hot green tea that the menu said came with our meals. When we asked to upgrade to fried rice it was the same price as a friend who ordered sushi and a side of rice. I found that strange that is was the same price so now I know we all got our normal rice just taken away from us. I could understand an upcharge for the upgrade or bring me both kinds of rice but charging for the side of rice and only getting one makes no sense. Again at the end the birthday girl got offered a free ice cream but an ice cream was to come with her meal that she had paid for but they didn’t want to give her two. This place is just trying to steal your money. Does not seem worth the price and the service is horrible. Will not be back.

The serve was rude because of tip I was going to hand her the money I was waiting till she was done with the other table to hand it to her instead she came to our table mad saying things in her language I did not appreciate her impatientness and rudeness. So for that I did not give her a tip I dont understand or whatever but I know she was mad. Will never come here again…

The service was poor - did not check for drinks with frequency. Meal show was good but rushed and one had to eat at the rhythm of the cook. Atmosphere felt like an old restaurant that had not been updated in years. Server was too busy to listen to guests and had to repeat several times to other servers to get attention. Food was good, although filet mignon was not very tasty. Starter soup had no flavor - just hot water with a tasteless mushroom. Shrimp and fried rice was tasty and filling.
