Horrible service even though we were only one of two people in the entire restaurant. Serve was almost impossible to get ahold of, didn’t refill drinks, and I had to reach out to multiple different people to get any condiments.

The entire day was great, from the beginning I started with reservations! Not required but a must? The dining area was elegant and low lighting. We were seated and meet our lovely waitress, who was very polite and friendly. The drinks were in point and the food was all stars best . Thank you so much

We hadn't eaten at Black Angus in years, as we live in a state that doesn't have them. While in Arizona, I saw a Groupon for Black Angus and decided to try the local Chandler location. The food was delicious; the meat was prepared to order--I had a New York Strip steak, and my wife had a Filet Minon, both cooked correctly to medium-rare. The sides were tasty and the beginning appetizer sampler was just right. We walked away stuffed and felt like we got good value for our money. We'll definitely return!

Kallisa was an excellent server with a great personality. The potato soup (which I had for the first time) was excellent. I will now order it every time.

My spouse and I had the Campfire Feast (she had the Salmon and I had the Sirloin Steak) both were excellent (although we had to send the salmon back to the kitchen to be cooked a little more). We had the Brussel Sprouts appetizer, they were fantastic. Both of our sides (as always) were very good. And we took home the Cheesecakes desert which comes with the Campfire Feast. Because we were members.... we received $15 off the price. Can't be beat.

It was very empty when we got there, the young man seating us questioned me as to where I registered to sit? It was empty? The young lady the was our waitress did not seem thrilled to be there that day, took our drink and appetizer order, then came back and took our food order, we had ordered a hamburger and a steak, we wanted them both cooked super well done, in fact we said if it was a bit charred that would be great, that's how well done we needed and wanted it done. We counted 11 take out orders before we received our appetizer order, not but 30 seconds later our food was out, why do they ask if you want your appetizer early? The hamburger was very raw inside, I could not eat it, so my husband got that and even he could not eat it, then he cut into his steak and blood ran out of it. So we ate the veggies and our appetizer for dinner and left the rest. In the mean time there was a young man came and cleared a table next to us and he broke a glass, so he picked up the black tablecloth with glass in it and left the glass on the ground in the walkway. To top it all off to make our Easter dinner suck even more, our waitress was talking to a young man, not sure if he was a manager or not, but complaining about a customer or customers, but that should be done in a office or a back room, not where others can hear. This was their second shot at their poor service staff with chippy attitudes, food they can't seem to get right, no more for us and yes it does make me sad. I wish them the best, I hope they can pick up to where they used to be years ago when they lived up to the name "Black Angus Steakhouse"...
