Established in 1967, ITALIAN | PRIME at Salvatore's is recognized as one of Western New York's premier full-service fine dining restaurant. The chefs have created an inspired menu with Steaks, Seafood and Italian Cuisine. Awards include the DiRONA and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence — Two Cups.

My Husband and I celebrated our four year Anniversary at Savatores. The hotel and restaurant was both amazing. I would recommend both to anyone. Thank you very much. The Kings

We arrived a little early for a 630 reservation and the receptionist said we could wait at the bar and then come back up at 6:30. I was like OK instead of coming to get us a few feet away. We went to the hostess station at 6:33 and we still had to wait 15 minutes for our table, which made absolutely no sense. Other than that everything was delicious.

Always enjoy going here! Not rushed and the service was excellent. Our bus boy kept us clean and watered!!! The lobster ravioli was delicious, my husbands end cut prime rib was well done and well worth the price! We also had the special bread and the waiter had the kitchen spilt it : half spinach and half sausage! My son’s steak was exactly what he liked and my daughter in laws meal was so good. A great place to spend dinner with family!!!

Good food, steak was a little overdone, lobster bisque was amazing, but eating in the equivalent of a “wedding hall” for a $100+ per person meal is not something I would spend my money on again. I’m guessing we were in the “overflow” room, but let the pricing reflect that as well.

The prime rib we ordered medium however received it and it was very well done to the point that it was hard to cut with a knife. The lobster ravioli with the side of lobster tail was okay however the lobster tail was very hard to chew and was rubbery
