Owners Vincenzo and Caterina Varriale redefine hospitality by welcoming you to their newest venture, Aqua Blu Kitchen &Cocktails. This one of a kind bar and restaurant offers an eclectic variety of dishes, uniquely vibrant and friendly service in a chic yet family friendly atmosphere. Our menu offers a seasonal modern twist on Italian cuisine. The invigorating space is made up of multiple dining rooms, three full service bars and a lounge. The restaurant is situated at 3410 Route 37 east Toms River, NJ, right at the foot of the Seaside bridge.

    Dining room is too loud. Wait staff are stretched too thin. Appetizers were good. However, sautéed spinach made the rib and potato purée water logged and bitter.

    Ordered the seafood tower and only got half of what was listed on menu Hostesses, waiters and bus people need a lot more training if they got any at all Food wasn’t bad but quality of help made it a disaster PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE !!!!

    First time dining here, love the atmosphere, service really nice and friendly, relaxed but attentive. Food was very good, probably best calamari ever had in NJ. Decent selection of wines, also half bottles, priced really reasonably. Only downside the pasta: linguini were not in a butter sauce, but in a water broth, we eat the clams but left all the pasta, honestly extremely bad. But we were so satisfied by the overall experience that we didn’t want to make a complaint to our lovely waiter. Hope to visit again soon.

    I went for Mother's Day yesterday. Don't go. Food is just awful yet expensive. Also music is so loud it hurts. I will NEVER go back.

    Went there for Mother’s Day and it was amazing! Incredible spread of food for all ages and palates. Super nice staff. Michael was our server and incredibly nice and attentive. Would highly recommend to all!!

    The Easter Brunch was spectacular! The buffet had a very wide variety of delicious foods and the raw bar was a meal in itself! The servers were pleasant, attentive and professional. Perfect way to celebrate Easter Sunday!
