   The restaurant atmosphere was beautiful, valet very friendly. The food was below my expectations based on price. I had the veal, it was dry and extremely small portion. The service was just horrible. After the first order we never saw a server again. Dirty plates on the table, ordered a drink that was never received. We ate and left. It was disappointing because I was really hoping to enjoy the evening.

   As a returning guest, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I had a 7:30 reservation but wasn’t seated until 8:15, and it took another 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. One server dropped two menus on the table without so much as a greeting—no “hello,” no offer for drinks, nothing. It was beyond frustrating, and I seriously considered walking out. To make matters worse, we had three different servers cycle through before Phillip finally took over. He was the only bright spot of the evening—professional, attentive, and clearly someone who belongs in a more refined setting. Unfortunately, the food was just average, and the service leading up to it ruined the entire experience. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sharing this with others in the Palm Beach area so they can make more informed dining choices. It was truly disappointing—enough that I can say with certainty: I will never be back.

   First time at this location, I’ve been to the Naples location many times. As expected, the menu is amazing and the food is phenomenal. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Only complaint was that we had a resy for 3 people, and because one us is a baby, they tried to sit us at a table for 2. After that, I ordered a second glass of the $25 wine I was drinking, and instead they brought out something else that taste like dog water. After bringing it to their attention they fixed it immediately. Will come back again and again.

   Everything was great except for being squeezed into tables that were so close to each other you could not move your chair back enough to get up or walk out without asking a number of people to move their chairs

   The food and service were good even though you’d expect more attentive, better service and hospitality from a restaurant this caliber. When making reservations on OpenTable, you’re asked if it’s a special occasion, birthday, anniversary and so on and I selected anniversary as it was the reason why I chose this place to begin with: to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Nothing was mentioned at all, not a simple wish nor a fake compliment. In ANY restaurant that would be noted… but not at Bice. That’s very poor and absolutely substandard customer service as they all need to understand that people have many choices when it comes to dining and celebrating special occasions and we could have definitely gone anywhere else. Instead we chose Bice thinking it’d be a great and special place to celebrate it. Not really. After paying our check and also leaving 22% gratuity out of great appreciation for the employees, I felt the need to ask our waiter why nothing was mentioned and he said the management did not tell them anything. If the manager was indeed who we thought he was that night, I wouldn’t be surprised as he spent a lot of time eating at a high table near the desk chatting to a friend instead of making sure all guests were tended and catered to. And to be clear, I was NOT expecting anything out of this world but a simple “ Happy Anniversary, thank you for celebrating it with us “ would have gone a long way. It’s called celebration for a reason. Very disappointing experience and we will definitely not return.

    We had been in Palm Beach for the day and had an early reservation. We went in early to cool off and we were seated right away. The service was great and the menu excellent with Italian classics and a nice menu of specials
