THE Steak House has received many dining awards and has been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats, served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 40 years. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home with our old-school ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or rice pilaf.

Please allow yourself extra time for traffic delays and parking, especially on weekends. We reserve the right to cancel reservations who have not checked in within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.

    Excellent. Our party enjoy the Filet, strip, chicken and salmon. Everything was prepared exactly to order. Sides were very good. Service was great. Will be going there again soon.

    First off, the food was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection. The waiter was very attentive and made sure everything was OK. The setting in the restaurant was lightly dimmed and very quiet. I will for sure be going back.

    The Steakhouse at Circus Circus is our favorite restaurant when we come to Las vegas. The staff is exceptional and the food is fantastic.

    Everything was awsome it was also beneficial to be able to split my meal with my wife since she doesn't eat alot. The steak was incredible service was extraordinary best meal I've had in Vegas so far

    Finally got to experience THE Steak House at Circus Circus - Las Vegas. It truly is a Las Vegas legend. With all the food options in Las Vegas, this one needs to be top of your list. The atmosphere and decor are classic Las Vegas. The service is impeccable. And the food was cooked to perfection. This $100+ steak dinner was worth every penny.  I can’t wait to go back.
