   We had the seafood bucatini and the Chilean sea bass. Both were excellent. Brussel sprouts a bit over done. Banana cream pie and crème brûlée amazing! Jenn, our waitress was attentive but unobtrusive and helpful!

   Absolutely fantastic !! This is by far my favorite dining choice. I don’t say that lightly driving 1.5 hours to go there. Truly enjoy the waitstaff, matre D and of course the culinary perfection. It is a pleasure every time. Can’t wait to bring my son for his 21st birthday. Best in class kudos to the BOH chefs !

   The food was delicious. The serving size is very large. Our server was always there ready to help us in any way possible. Excellent experience.

   Had 7:30 reservations and waited 35 mins to be seated. Ordered surf and turf. Lobster tail was overcooked. Water or glass had fishy smell. Our waitress was excellent.

   Our waitress was more worried about table next to us. I think her name was Sally. We have been several times and this is first we have not been offered glass with our beer or offered our whole meal comped. We do not want her our next visit

   We had the Sunday dinner for 2, the tomahawk steak was absolute perfection, along with roasted carrots and a baked potato, everything was delicious. William B’s is an amazing restaurant, every time we have been there was better than the last and it’s been great every time.

    Always a great time at William B's. Food was delicious and our server was AWESOME! She really knew how to interact with us, as our crowd can be a little goofy. She had some fun with us.
