Curtis Nysmith combines his years of experience in the bar & grill world with the over 50 years of experience of Roger Cohen in the deli world to create a unique and exciting menu and environment.

Smith&Cohen also offers plenty of flat screens for optimal sports viewing and a full line-up of alcoholic beverages and an extensive list of beers on tap. We know that breakfast is no longer just a meal for morning, so we offer a full deli breakfast menu - all day, everyday. Come in for your favorites or find some new ones. It is hard to review a restaurant that was closed due to plumbing problems. You would like that with Open Table they could have pushed out a note to all the nights reservations. Very disappointed.

I had the Cobb Salad and the Shrimp Rice Bowl. The salad had an overwhelming amount of nondescript lettuce and very little of what makes it a Cobb except for a decent amount of avocado. Very bland and plain. I dine out very often and this was not a $14 salad. The flavor of the Rice bowl was just okay, but the shrimp? They barely looked like shrimp. They certainly didn't taste like shrimp -- none of that real shrimp constancy. Their shape from being cut was weird and shriveled and they were tiny. Very disappointing. The service was excellent.

Watched Game 7 of the World Series here. Great place for games!! I will be going here to watch my Kentucky wildcats this basketball season!!

No noticable change from Smithhouse. Good vegetarian options. Good wine list. Lunch service was super friendly but kitchen was very slow for two salads with a mostly empty restaurant.

Besides making the restaurant smaller in transitioning from the Smithhouse, they seem to have retained only the most lethargic service and host staff. It is as if the new concept has not garnered the loyalty of the staff and leaves the guests wondering what exactly is going on. I frequented the Smithhouse and understand that things change, but ownership seems to have rid themselves of the things that made the Smithhouse work. The new concept is a physical manifestation of the death nell of this restaurant and I fully expect to see them out of business within six months.

I wanted to love this place as they just revamped the menu but we visited on opening day and the service was terrible. I would understand if it was a new establishment but we were there for over an hour and never had our drinks refilled. When the food arrived, the temperature gave away that it had been sitting. I hope that they improve!!
