Piatti’s never ceases to satisfy. There were 5 in our party. We ordered the prawns, the sole, the salmon, and pork dish. We were speechless. Each dish was scrumptious. Our server was Jerry. He was extremely helpful and professional. He carefully explained how each dish that interested us was prepared. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He had been at Piatti’s over 20 years. We’ve been coming here for many years. It continues to be our favorite.

This is the second time in less than a week that we had less than stellar service and food quality at Piatti's in Danville. We gave them the benefit of the doubt at the first visit. Last night's dinner was terrible, starting with a delay of 1 hour before our order was taken. They proceeded to ignore us for the rest of the dinner. The portions were much smaller than usual. The salmon I ordered with my salad was minuscule and inedible. The feta cheese on my salad was missing and I had to ask for it. The other food items were simply okay - soggy caprese salad, too much arugula on the other appetizer, mushy spinach, overcooked squash - the list goes on. Usually their food and service is excellent but not the last two times. Extremely disappointed. This was our go-to place in Danville. No longer.

Our server was very good but our entree was not. We ordered Caesar salad and chicken piccata. The piccata was very salty. All four of us agreed. Salad wonderful, bread good but not the chicken.

Enjoyed our family birthday celebration at Piatti’s. Nice ambiance and variety in the menu. They allowed us to bring our own birthday cake without a cake charge. Thank you for helping us with the celebration!
