Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The whole dining experience was exceptional. Our server, Liz, was amazing and intuitive, the lolly pop lamb appetizer and prosciutto extremely tasty. In bone filet, lobster tails and tuna was beyond!

    Celebrating my sister’s birthday,as noted in my reservation, the Stsff, including Mr. Bryson,could not have made her feel more special.Their completely genuine hospitality is extremely rare even compared to Michelin starred restaurants.Food was excellent. We arrived to be seated at a tastefully “ just enough “ decorated table and were treated to a beautiful and delicious birthday dessert. The whole experience made our day,🙏🏻

    Our waiter was absolutely spectacular, he was funny and attentive and went above and beyond. The overall experience was incredible, we can’t wait to come back.

    Capitol grille was typical chain restaurant trying to look elegant. Food was okay but over priced. The best parts were bread and cheese cake. The ribeye was average and coffee infused strip not very tasty. Augratin potatoes okay and bacon appetizer had hint of BBQ sauce which I was not expecting. The salmon was good but should have been on bed of spinach or some other green. Instead it was served with mushrooms which I thought was unusual
