Limon is a good option for a neighborhood dinner and they have a good HH menu. The passion fruit Pisco Sour was delicious! Ordered the chicken spaghetti and has enough for a second meal the next day!

The Empanadas was deep fried food. It didn’t taste good. That’s not the Peruvian style.

It's one of the yummiest and kind of expensive yet still affordable Peruvian restaurants I've been to. The Lengua is AMAZING and highly recommend it. The classic fish ceviche is really yummy but very overpriced. The pollo a la brasa was also really yummy. We ordered a side of yucca fries and we literally got 4. It was sad. Actually, most of the dishes are overpriced. The drinks too. At least they're yummy and not as overpriced as other restaurants. We ate on the second level and the noise level was insane. I could barely think myself think, let alone the person across the table from me. Would go back? Yes Recommend? Yes Good Value for what you get? Eh. Debatable. And every time I go they don't have chicha morada and they have no Peruvian desserts. Two serious downsides.

This was the location for a first date: delicious food, tasty cocktails with a alcohol to juice ratio that’s well-balanced and courteous service. The “Lomo Saltado” dish and bread pudding are a combination to die for!!! That noise level is very high does make it challenging to hear one’s date, but it then again, the noise level creates an excuse to sit closer to your date!

We showed early for a party of four, and we’re seated right away which I wasn’t expecting but appreciated. When we sat down, immediately the server was really pushy about what we wanted. He came back two times in the matter of three minutes trying to get our order but we barely had settled into the table. We put in our order, and the food came before our drinks. I understand maybe the bar was busy? But our food should not have come to the table for our drinks. The food is Always really good I never have anything bad to say about that. The server did come refill our waters and ask us how the food was But then didn’t see him again until he came to bring the check, he didn’t ask if we would like dessert. The ambience was really noisy, unfortunately there was a family sitting behind us and the kids were running around. Which I know isn’t their fault but it was kind of annoying. I’ve been to the Van Ness Location several times. Which is a lot quieter, so I will probably stick to that location. Also the parking is extremely better at the other location as well. As we spent 45 minutes looking for parking...

We had amazing meal. We also made it 3 min before happy hour about to be over, but they had no problems with that and gave us happy hour appetizers and drinks anyway!! We had White chicken meat roasted with zucchini and Yuca. Ceviche was so fresh, not too salty or sour. Perfect. Beets salad was sooo delicious and n0t to ok much sauce at all, cooked perfectly and crunchy. We were running late for movies and they were so professional with the service and made sure we not super rushed unless we ask for it. Very chilled and positive atmosphere.
