Chicago Cut Steakhouse is one of Chicago’s most iconic dining experiences in a city that boasts dozens of options for steak-centric dining. Our downtown Chicago steakhouse offers guests a selection of signature, USDA-certified prime beef that is hand-cut and dry-aged on site. Our curated menu also features fish, shellfish, chops and a selection of unique side dishes and appetizers. In addition to delicious martinis and specialty cocktails, Chicago Cut offers a wine list with more than 600 bottles that has been highlighted Wine Spectator, the world’s leading authority on wine. Our dining area features a lively bar scene, vibrant red velvet banquettes and spacious dining tables, private dining options and beautiful, sweeping views of the Chicago River. In the warm months, we also open our sprawling outdoor dining patio, which makes Chicago Cut an excellent spot for an outdoor brunch, lunch or dinner reservation along the river.

    We had a wonderful experience at Chicago Cut Steak for Father's Day. We choose to set inside, yet we could look out at the river witch was very enjoyable. The steaks were to perfect order. Our server was AMAZING! He was friendly and chatted with us with great information and was helpful choosing our entrees! Thank you for a beautiful Father's Day dinner.

    Exceeded expectations. Service was plentiful, seems like 8 people assigned somehow to every table. Wedge Salad was huge and delicious split to 4 people, we all had different steak cuts each was flavorful and cooked correctly. Baked Alaska was truly breathtaking, maybe best dessert we've ever had in a high-end steakhouse in Chicago. Only downside was we chose to eat inside and it's just pretty loud and cramped, next time we go for sure will eat outside.

    Attended reservation for my daughter’s bday celebration. Food was delivered on time, unfortunately when it came to settle our $534.00 tap for my daughter and I the chip on my credit card was not working properly, I conveyed that information to the writer. I requested for them to swipe the card or tap it but he became combative with me stating fraud issues with my kind? Dessert was complementary which I appreciated be he conveyed that to me as if it was a favor. Not a place I will return or recommended during staff or board meetings.

    Very nice and classy restaurant along Chicago River and good service. the food was very good. However, my tea cup was not clean so I requested to exchange a new one.

    What an outstanding meal and experience at Chicago Cut Steakhouse. Our party of 8 had a table outside overlooking the river. The weather was perfect for dinner outside and the service was extremely attentive. Our server, Grace did a great job taking us through the menu and the evening's specials. She helped with our selections and ensured everyone's meal came out perfectly. She even took our appetizers and side dishes and created share plates for everyone in my party so everyone got a sampling of each appetizer and side dish. The food was cooked to perfection and the seasoning was perfect. I highly recommend Chicago Cut Steakhouse for a great dinner over looking some of downtown Chicago's finest scenery.

    Outside seating on a beautiful evening by the river. Food and service were impeccable for a client business dinner. Bit noisy, and the outdoor dining chairs could def stand an update, but this place never disappoints.
