Experts especially in Turkish cuisine,he was born in Adana, a city in Turkey which gave the name to its own type of kebab; the famous Adana Kebab. He loves to prepare, cook and garnish all sorts of kebab and mezes savored by the Turkish and many other nations of the Mediterranean nations for centuries (since 1377 according to some sources).

A great find for afficionados of Turkish cuisine. Lovingly prepared by the chef/owner who obviously takes great pride in his cooking. Worth the trek!
