We have not been to Fleming in a while and was very pleased with the restaurant. Their wait staff has always been good, but somehow they improved it. We went on a Wednesday and the place was packed. Good job Flemings.

As usual the food and service was outstanding. We have love the wedge salad and Flemings potatoes...oh and the lava cake. Steven was superb as a server.

Not one negative detail on the dinner. Service was impeccable. attentive. Steaks were truly prepared perfectly. Sides and appetizers were delicious also. I want to add, I travel a lot through out the midwest, eating at the top steakhouses. Other Flemings disappoint, but not the one in Des Moines. Each visit to the Des Moines restaurant re-affirms that it is one, if not the best in the midwest, and that is saying something!!

The food and service were really good. The main dining room seems to have a nice ambience. The room we were placed was a bit spartan and small. We were one of only a couple of tables of two surrounded by large groups which was distracting and busy with waiters buzzing by constantly.

Flemings never fails to provide an excellent dining experience; from the quiet ambience and fantastic food, to the superb service and fine wine/cocktails, you will not be disappointed. For the price, you will be hard pressed to find portions and food this good in town!
