What's the point of making reservations when the host wont recognize or claim theres was no reservations made. Pointless

It looks like they have great drinks here. This place isn't a place to go just for food though as the food is definitely sub par.

I went for my aunts birthday and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had. The service was absolutely horrible, the food cane out cold, when I tried to get some of the servers attention because my food was cold and hard, they were to busy to answer me. I had to stand up and pat them on the shoulder. I will never come back here again.
