The staff was friendly and helpful in ensuring a relaxed pace but making sure we got to the show on time. THe food was good and beautifully presented, and they make nice cocktails. Our server was friendly and helpful - not stuffy at all. We were the only ones there for a while, so it was great when other diners started to arrive and it created a little more ambiance and energy in the room., Overall, very good.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              This was our first visit to Ristorante Massimo, where we celebrated our daughter's 20th. There were 7 of us in the party, and our server, Anthony, remembered everyone's name, provided outstanding recommendations, had a wonderful sense of humor, yet maintained his professionalism. It felt like we had a team of people helping us at the table, but not in a bad way. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we will return without a doubt. The owner was out an about talking to all the guests, and you could tell that the staff enjoys working there. Everyone was personable, smiling and honestly made the experience even better.

There is a very good wine list to match up with their meals. Our only negative was we thought more Italian options would have been better. Service was great and the vibe in the downstairs room is very cool.

The food is amazing, staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall experience is relaxing and enjoyable. You have to try the meatballs and the tartufo. At massimos you are treated like family by staff members. I would recommend getting a reservation as this is a popular spot. We love you Massimos!

Fantastic service with great personality. Great wine list and a knowledgeable sommelier. The lower level almost reminded of being at a Ristorante in Italy, rustic but not in a fake way. The food was fantastic, we searched this place out for the homemade pasta, and it did not disappoint. This is not your typical red sauce, Italian restaurant. This place is legit. The owner is super nice and treats you like family.
