Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We all had a wonderful time at Capital Grille!! Our server John was attentive and offered great menu selections. The food was outstanding and big portions. It was a birthday celebration dinner and they gave us a nice mini dessert selection for the table. The ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend Capital Grille!!

    The entire experience was remarkable. Excellent hosts, and gracious waitress. The decor, food, and attention to details were superb. The restaurant is one of my favorite steak places. It’s always prepared correctly. The appetizers, wines, and deserts are quite good. The experience is certainly worth the price. I highly recommend the Capital Grille for a relaxing, comfortable, and delicious food experience. WF.

    Ordered medium rare filet; it came out medium to medium well. Order bottle of wine off their digital wine menu; they were out of that selection. Ordered a different bottle which they had. When our table finished that bottle, we ordered another of the same; turns out we had the last one. Poor food and poor service.

    Excelente!!! Sin duda es un lugar para regresar una y otra vez. El servicio ha sido increíble, nuestra mesera fue muy amable y se esforzó por comunicarse con nosotros en español.     food and service far exceeds expectations. Our server was Rob, after one time he knows you and anticipates your needs, you don't have to ask him because he knows, ask for him and you won't be disappointed with the food or the service.
