Two Michelin-starred and New York Times Three-starred Aquavit, located in Midtown Manhattan showcases seasonal, Modern Nordic fare and has been a pioneer of Nordic cuisine since opening in 1987. The restaurant has an extensive wine list as well as an aquavit infusion and cocktail program. The Bar Room offers an a la carte menu for a casual elegant experience. The Dining Room serves a 2 or 3 course prix fixe menu or a 5 course tasting menu for lunch and a 5 course tasting menu or a Chef's tasting menu for dinner. We also offer Private Dining spaces for both social and corporate gatherings.

    Wonderful birthday lunch. Food was amazing and the service impeccable. Only suggestion - don’t charge for coffee with dessert ($7 each) and cocktails should be a little bigger (it was delicious!)

    The food was delicious as always. We have been to Aquavit 4 times over the years. Delicious chef tasting menus in the dining room. The evening was lovely thanks to the kitchen staff and our server.

    Returned to Aquavit with my 30 year old daughter after having brunched there with her as a 6 year old. She had recently visited Norway & I wanted her to experience Scandinavian cuisine done with aplomb. And Aquavit delivered! The service was first class yet not stuffy. The food was exquisitely presented & equally tasty. The 3 course tasting menu was a perfect meal. Aquavit is well deserving of its Michelin **
