Food was good but the service was very slow. The table was leaning and floor was dirty.

Pre-Cubs game table for 4 at noon. Extremely nice wait staff. However, of the 19 items on the menu, 14 were "not ready yet." I understand from other reviews that this is an ongoing problem. I get that quality ingredients are not always available, but seriously, if you're not ready to serve a full menu, then why do you call yourself a restaurant? Left after 2 diet sodas, so can't comment on the food. Sad, because it's a nice atmosphere, close to Wrigley Field - they should be hitting it out of the park.

We are really into BBQ and we were really looking forward to this restaurant - it really disappointed us food was terrible overly salty and just disappointing! My husband took a couple barbecue classes with Myron Mixon and after this restaurant Myron Mixon does not do in his restaurant what he teaches in his class would never go back again

Almost every other item on the menu was out. The BBQ was hard. The hash browns very salty (did they accidently use salt instead of sugar?).

Food was okay but the service was very poor. We saw several tables receive their drinks from our same waitress well before us. Need to work on their service. Given the food was just okay and they were out of items already at 6pm, along with poor service, I wouldn't go back.

I NEVER review places but this establishment is down right bad. I mean just bad. The food is below average at best and the service is questionable. Our tab for 6 people was 217.47 which is TOTALLY acceptable in Chicago but the taste was dry and flavorless. The bartender/server situation is an abyss...it took us 30 minutes to get a drink and then another 20 for our second. Whether you are an award winning or not (which the food was NOT good...Q and Smoke Daddy blow the doors off this place), you can't just toss up a recipe and pretend to run a restaurant. The place might survive as it is in an area that doesn't command high-quality food given it is Wrigley and you're stuck in mediocrity given the proximity to other areas. I I could not possibly recommend this place unless you're famished and want to waste your time and money.

Food was AWESOME but service was pretty slow. Had lunch before a Cubs game and they didn't have enough servers to cover the # of people dining. Will definitely go back but they definitely need to improve their service.

All the terrible reviews are true. I waited too long to make reservations before the Billy Joel concert, and this was the only place I could get them. So, we went there, and we would have been better going to Wrigleyville Dogs. It wasn't even that busy there, and the service was terrible. The food wasn't that good, and my friend had to stand by the kitchen to nag the servers to bring our food or we would have been late to the concert.

Stopped here before Billy Joel concert. You'd think they would know what to expect. Service was horrible. It was as if the server did not care. Waited for food for almost an hour. Then had to wait 5 minutes for silverware. Never got out second round of drinks. We complained big time and got a big discount on our meal. Food was good but was overshadowed by the lack of service. Will not go back.
