Located in the heart of Mill Valley, our mission is to bring people together around nourishing food that showcases the best of Marin County agriculture, dairy and meats. A defining characteristic of Molina cuisine is the unique wood-fire hearth. Nearly all of the food we serve has been prepared in this oven and incorporates traditional cooking methods. Our menu changes daily, reflecting the seasonal changes at the farmers’ market stands.
