An approachable, bourbon-centric restaurant located on the 20th floor of the Conrad Hotel at the corner of Rush St. and Erie St. Mark Twain once said, "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough." Renowned chef Richard Sandoval has partnered with the Conrad Chicago, to create Baptiste & Bottle named in honor of Chicago's first resident, Jean Baptiste Point du Sable. For breakfast, brunch, and dinner, guests will enjoy an elevated dining experience featuring regional menus paired with a one of a kind bourbon and cocktail program surrounded by spectacular views of the Chicago skyline.

Rye Whiskey

In the United States, "rye whiskey" is, by law, made from a mash of at least 51% rye. (The other ingredients of the mash are usually corn and malted barley.) Locker Program
We offer over 100 bottles of whiskies to choose from. Guests can purchase their bottle, consume it with friends & family during one visit, or we can store the bottle in our library for up to six months, with no locker fee. Guests can also purchase a personalized locker for an additional fee

It is one of the hidden gems of Chicago. The view is of Michigan Ave. The room is as classy as can be. Our waiter, Steve, was on top of everything and set the standard for cool. The food was outstanding. My wife's Monkfish was amazing. We could not have had a better Valentine's Day dinner.

Come for the DIY bottomless mimosa/Bloody Mary bar and the views! We really enjoyed the bar and all the toppings/juices you could add to your drink, plus they are really strong. The food is just ok, but a good base to soak up all the champagne and vodka!

Service below expectations. Server had attitude. Asked for napkin. Never received. Order received with a glare rather than a smile. Restaurant seemed to have an older crowd. Not hip or fun.

We have been to this restaurant twice. Both times the service and food have been outstanding. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable about the food and knew just what to recommend. T was our server for brunch. She was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Baptiste and Bottle is well worth it. We have yet to try anything we didn't like and their drink selection is impeccable. I highly recommend dining here.
