Maple Tree Inn was awarded the very prestigious honor of being named in the Top 50 Southern Restaurants In America by OpenTable in 2018. We are proud to announce that the Maple Tree Inn has permanently relocated to Homewood, IL. We have maintained almost 100% of our staff and they have made the move with us.
We are still committed to the art of Cajun/Creole cooking & maintaining our status as the first and longest-running Cajun/Creole restaurant in Chicagoland. We are featuring a menu of our signature dishes including our Hickory Buttered BBQ Shrimp, Country Gumbo, Jambalaya, Crawfish Étouffée, and many more!     Ross, our server, was very good. It was a busy graduation Saturday and service was dynamite. Valet parking was a great idea. Food was very good. So many different food options in one sitting. We all shared and everyone got to experience a lot of different food.

    Food was excellent with wonderful service, We had no wait time. The ambience was beautiful and the free valet parking is a real treat. Thank you for making this a delightful time for us.

    Gumbo was good. Greens were not. Service was good. Although, they did forget my birthday beignets. Drinks were good though a little “weak”. Ambience and music were very nice. Complimentary valet was a nice touch but seemed a little unnecessary since the parking lot was right outside. I probably won’t come back but I didn’t hate the experience.

    Our experience was great and the service was excellent! The food was great with the exception of the fried green tomatoes and Brussel sprouts. The tomatoes were tart and very hard. Also the Brussel sprouts had an unusual sauce that did not taste very good. They were also hard and chewy and didn’t seem to have any salt just a lot of toppings and sauce.
