Created by James Beard award-winning chef Michael Schlow and located at 2505 Wisconsin Ave. in The Glover Park Hotel, Casolare brings you the very best of Italy’s varied cuisines. Our kitchen team offers traditional, Italian classics and delivers exceptional, flavorful, authentic food.
