It's hard for me to review Brooklyn Label, because they were closed when I went to eat before a NYE event. I made a reservation knowing that restaurants would be crazy on NYE, unfortunately Brooklyn Label was closed when we arrived to dine. That sent us on a wild goose chase to find a restaurant open and with a shorter waiting time than an hour. Just a bad impression. Next time, I'll call.

Food was fair and bland. Waitress was inattentive and on the phone. She forgot to tell us that the credit card machine was supposedly broken and wanted us to use ATM , it's a scam to get us to use cash. Then they added a 20 % tip for a party of 5 with no policy on that Manager was pretending to clean and did not want to help us or the waitress, Don't bother eating here. Not worth the trouble

Went there for Saturday brunch and arrived a bit after 10. Place was filling up, but no wait for a nice table by the window. The rain kept us inside. Servers were attentive and friendly. Food was tasty, fresh and appropriate portion size. Menu options were fewer than we expected. No refills on coffee. That's weird since this was brunch.

The place was cute upon arrival. After you get settled in, you realize how that's all it is, a cute restaurant. We asked the waitress for a different table since we ended up being fewer people and there was one too many flies at the table. At first she said it wouldn't be a problem, but it turned out she forgot about us and left us standing in the middle of the restaurant. Finally we got the attention of another wait staff member and he was nice. We ended up sitting at the bar which had hair strands lying on it, and the service was slow. I had the avocado toast which I always thought would be hard to screw up, but somehow the avocado mash tasted like pre-made guacomole sold at a grocery store. The waitress and a guy behind the bar seemed ambivalent to the needs of customers. We will not be returning.

I had my first experience at the Brooklyn label 2 days ago. I was with my girlfriend, while I was waiting for her I enjoyed a delicious cocktails called l'allumeuse. We order the rib eye steak and the roasted chicken, honesty guys I can't explain how good it was you need to give it a try. The staff was really friendly and professional. A must try !!

I ride by many time. And I was curious about that corner. Not disappointed at all. Nice decoration and cool vibe. French style for food and service. Warm people taking care of us. I order ham and Brie sandwich. My friend the bkl burger with Camembert. And some cheese cake for dessert. Every plate was consistent. Nice presentation. Overall was a really nice experience. I'll definitely stop by ago to try the diner soon!!!! Be there or be square !!!!!

The service was outstanding. We sat outside and the neighborhood was bustling. Our waiter noticed a drunk pedestrian stopped to chat with us as they walked by, so he gave us complimentary glasses of sparkling wine for our trouble! The food and cocktails were great, all the wait staff spoke french- beautiful ambiance. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for date night!
