Always great service. Overall, the food was excellent. One diner felt the duck did not have a lot of flavor. Be prepared for a very pricy dining bill!

It was way too expensive to have one of the entree’s arrive cold. I am not sure what happened but we waited quite some time between courses and my husband’s chicken arrived completely cold. My Halibut was hot but honestly I prepare it better myself at home. It wasn’t anything special. We love good food and have always wanted to try this restaurant but it was a disappointment. That said, it is a lovely atmosphere and the wait staff are very attentive.

We went went to dinner here on Monday for a special night on our honeymoon. The service was incredible. All the staff were incredibly friendly. Upon arrival they congratulated us both at the check in and the server even congratulated us. We felt truly special. On top of the service the food was amazing. My husband was left speechless. It was a night we will never forget!

White Barn Inn has been one of the best restaurants in New England for over 25 years. That feat speaks for itself. Suiting 1 mile from the beautiful Kennebunk downtown, White Barn Inn is an easy destination and within reach from Boston. We have wanted to try this restaurant for 20 years and the stars finally aligned. Maybe our expectations were set way too high or maybe our early summer visit was too early in the season for the menu to be fully fine tuned? The atmosphere and ambiance was first class. How many restaurants have a live piano player until 8:00 anymore? The staff was attentive and seasoned but there was nothing memorable about the 4 course meal. Yes the fixed menu is pricy at $175/person + drinks/tax/tip but that can be overlooked when one or two dishes have you savoring the night days later. Unfortunately, the food was good but not great. The anticipation did not live up to the hype. We have had many memorable dinners in the last 12 months but this visit did not even make our Top 10 and all were less expensive.

We’ve eaten here several times. The food has always been excellent. This time several courses were almost inedible.

This was an amazing experience! The service was excellent, food and culinary creativity was outstanding. A very nice restaurant and who can forget the outstanding wine list. As a former resident of Napa I’m familiar with the Auberge properties and this did not dissappoint!

A bit pricey, but honestly worth every penny! Everything was perfect! We celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary this weekend and this meal made the entire weekend a smashing success! Every aspect of the meal was appropriately sized and timed. The flavors were right to point. The pianist enhanced the elegant ambiance with just the right mix of soft rock melodies. The Blueberry Soufleé and chocolate truffles put the finishing touches on a very special evening. We look forward to returning when we’re ready to celebrate another special occasion!

Overall we had a great dinner, the lobster bucatini was delicious. We chose the lobster tasting menu which was too much. Very rich, long dinning experience. I will not have lobster for a long time from now on! Service was very good, beautiful restaurant. The bar experience wasn’t very good, the cocktails weren’t good. Other than that, food was delicious, great service and beautiful location.

Food, service and drinks are always amazing! We both had the Kennebunkport lobster, which we have ordered many times because of how delicious it is. The lobster bisque was also delicious. I had the blueberry soufflé which was a pleasure to the palate. From start to finish it is an amazing dining experience. Our server Ann was great and ViVi was on point clearing our empty dishes and glasses. A must for a special dining experience
