After our first visit we decided: This is our new favorite Restaurant in NY! Everything was delightful, above all our charming waiter Alex who was very charming and interesting and lovely to talk to. Thank you Alex and Indochine for a wonderful evening!

Wonderful hosts without pretension...fashionably dressed and welcoming. Red snapper was delicious and the presentation was fabulous. I thought the Saigon chicken tasted great. I think I was imagining a steamed chicken with those spices described. I’d just enhance the presentation somehow because next to the red snapper it was visually disappointing but I didn’t send back because it was a great balance of the spice and taste. And really how it goes down is what matters. The pea shoots were a beautiful color and tasted delicious. The cocktails were very good The service by our server was outstanding as the place kept getting busier and busier. Felt cared for! She was awesome. Thanks for making our Saturday night special.

I have never seen such gorgeous staff as those that greeted us, seated us, and took care of our meal. And everything was delicious. The setting was striking. A great evening at a restaurant new to us.

Nous avons trouvé l'expérience globale peu probante dans l'ensemble pour le prix. Un restaurant vietnamien normal, la nourriture est bonne mais rien d'exceptionnel et les plats sont peu copieux.. Les prix sont excessifs et l'addition fut très salée (300 $ pour 4 pour deux plats chacun et sans alcool...) Une soupe pho très banal, de bons rouleaux sans plus, un service pas à la hauteur : la serveuse semblait perdue.Seul le cadre est chouette mais pas non plus exceptionnel. Bref une expérience que nous ne renouvellerons pas.
