Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Was in the bar for dinner on Saturday night, where the vibe was and busy but not crowded; the staff worked hard to keep things moving. The remodel of the bar is a great option to enjoy an evening out without sitting in the formal dining room and enjoy a more relaxed but elevated experience. The staff in the bar is great, fun and go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. We were there to celebrate a family event and Angela was great! She made sure we had everything we needed and made the evening special! We look forward to seeing her again next time we're there! You can't go wrong the food, the menu continues to offer great food and the quality is always amazing!

    If it wasn’t for the noise level being so loud and being seated on top of each other it would have been 5 stars all around. Too cramped and too loud but the food is top notch.

    It was everything we expected from the capital Grille. the service was fabulous even better than we expected our waiter was just the best. The food was delicious juicy perfect perfectly prepared and we will be back.

    Our Server Nacoa was outstanding. Never pushy and was attentive to our needs. This was an anniversary celebration, and she went out of her way to make the time very enjoyable. As for the food, the steaks were burnt on the outside and made the meat very tough. Not the quality i have received at prior visits to the Capital Grill. I have had better steaks at our local Texas Roadhouse, that should tell you something. To spend over 300 dollars for a meal that was not prepared well is very disappointing to my wife and myself. We typically only come to the Capital Grill for special occasions, and I will have to really think about coming back. When I was a VP at a local company, we held several events at the Captial Grill, and it never disappointed the team. Again, the chef in this case made the celebration not as we had anticipated.
