Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We love our Uptown Capital Grille! David, Amy & Ashley are the absolutely best professional bartenders! We always celebrate my May Day bday here. Consistently great food and service. It’s my “safe place”.

    It’s was a great experience. They had a glitch in there computer system with pricing online and it made a couple guest irritated. But my overall experience was great. It was my birthday and they decorated the table for me and gave me complimentary birthday cake.

    Went for Easter. Our waitress was super attentive. Food was outstanding. Glad we chose The Capital Grille for dinner er. It did not disappoint.

    Our experience started with clamps chowder and a wedge salad. We then experienced the Waygu Strip steak with Augrautin potatoes and creamed spinach. We finished with Cheese Cake and Coconut Cream Pie. Our whole dining experience was excellent. I look forward to our next evening there. PS, Adam was our server, excellent.

    Great drinks, exceptional wine list, phenomenal food, fantastic service. The calamari and bacon bites were scrumptious. Entrees and deserts over the top. Wonderful business meal- not rushed and everyone raved about it!!! Great job.
