    Couple of things. I waited too long for a drink, about 15 minutes I had to ask another waiter to check on it. I then received it at the same time as my meal. I wanted the drink first. I ordered the short rib pasta. It was too spicy. However here is the problem. The menu does not say it’s spicy. If a dish is spicy it should be reflected in the menu description. I tried to eat it but after 4 forkfuls I was done. I mentioned it to the waitress. I told her I was not looking for a free meal but just to tell the owner that the menu should reflect it’s spicy. She said I was not the first to complain. In that case it is up to the waiters to tell the customer it’s a spicy dish. She did offer me something else or takeout but I said no. She was very nice. My pasta was taken off the bill which I was not going for. The noise level was off the wall. Table in the back was very loud. I couldn’t hear my friends across the table. This was my birthday lunch. Very disappointing.

    Great brunch at the Smith. The food was wonderful. The service was timely in the ambience while a little loud was perfectly fine at on a Saturday morning.

    Our server was the BEST. It was a big group and a busy morning and she didn’t miss a beat!! Plus the food was delicious!!!

    The food is good, fresh and plentiful. The noise level is very high, but that seems to be true of all the Smith restaurants. Our waiter was terrific. The noise level prevents it from being a fine dining experience. It’s an eatery.

    My friend and so dined at the Smith prior to going to a play. We have several food allergies and out server was able to ID best options for us and help us make delicious substitutions. Would love it if the restaurant offered more gluten free options, but pleased we were able to find some tasty bites on the existing menu. Oh and drinks were yummy!!!!

    We had a great time at The Smith! Shoutout to Heather for helping make our anniversary celebration so special. We had a severe gluten allergy in our party and she was so informative & attentive. We will definitely be back :)

    Great service, a bit loud inside. Everyone was happy with their meal in our large party and everyone had something different. Generous portions. Could be more variety with the sides.
