Chef Dale Talde and partners, David Massoni and John Bush - the successful triumvirate behind TALDE Brooklyn, TALDE Jersey City, Massoni, Atlantic Social, and Rice & Gold - invite you to dine at TALDE Miami Beach, a neighborhood restaurant and bar, featuring a creative menu of Asian-American cuisine, inside The Confidante hotel, located on 40th Street and Collins Avenue in the heart of Miami Beach.

A native of Chicago and raised by first-generation Filipino immigrants, Executive Chef/Partner Dale Talde - a “Top Chef” alumnus and author of Asian American - effortlessly blends the tastes, ingredients and nuances of Eastern and Western cuisines and techniques. The result is a menu that explores new, and at times unexpected, combinations of flavors.
