   Our Valentine’s Day was completely ruined last night. This restaurant is no longer in existence yet I was able to make a reservation here and got multiple notifications from Open Table in the days leading up to last night confirming my reservation and telling me to get ready for it. We got dropped off here in an Uber and then we’re stuck on the street trying to decide what to do. And because I already had an “existing reservation” I was not able to make a new one anywhere else. Our Vday/2 year anniversary was ruined and we had newlyweds with us who had flown out that day to see California for the first time. Way to go Open Table, not sure how this was able to happen.

   We made open table reservations and drove all the way out from the valley on a Saturday night. We arrived to find the restaurant CLOSED! Not OK.

   The restaurant decided to close on christmas eve due to "electrical issues" but didn't inform me. My whole family was in town for the holidays and we showed up to the restaurant only to find out once we arrived it was closed. Horrible service and they never apologized even after a feedback email and voicemail.

   Not if it was the only restaurant available and I had a gift card would I go back. I should have know when I walked in on a Thursday evening and there were only a few tables seated. The service started out relatively ok, however they were out of a few staples to make basic cocktails. My wine, that was supposed to be acidic to accompany my clam pasta, was flat without any acid at all and the server just spoke a good game when it came to any wine knowledge. The main disappointment occurred with the entree portion of the meal. The special was a meat lasagna and the server encouraged my husband to try it as the chef is authentic Sicilian. When my husband, who loves lasagna, refused to eat it after a few bites the server happened by(otherwise no where in sight) and asked if there was a problem. When he explained that it tasted more like paste than meat and it was as though it had sat under a heat lamp for a good portion of the day, the server left it in front of him and went off to the kitchen. Shortly after an irritated man (manager? never introduced himself) appeared at our table and rather pretending to listen to my husband and grow even more irritated, told my husband that everyone has different tastes and turned around and went back to the kitchen still leaving the lasagna. They never asked if he wanted anything else, if there was anything they can do...they eventually took the lasagna away (3/4 of it left). The server stopped speaking to us and eventually left us the bill, no concessions were made and the lasagna was still on there . There were so many opportunities to make this situation right and none were taken. Both my husband and I are in the hospitality industry and could not believe the lack of service or regard for the patron's experience. I took the time to call Davide (the owner) the next day, I am still waiting for a call back. Absolutely the worst experience in recent history. Don't waste a dinner in LA on this place.

   Love the ambiance. Service could have been more prompt. Food was delicious especially the salmon bruschetta!

    The worst service that I have ever experienced. After waiting approximately 10 minutes after being seated for a waitress to come by, she finally took drink orders but they were out of at least 5 different drinks. She then mixed up the orders and was completely indifferent. When the food came by, she brought one incorrect entree and failed to bring another until 10 minutes after everyone else was served. Again, she was completely unapologetic. The food was marginal in taste. We tipped 10% but I considered leaving nothing.
