We had a reservation for 10 people at 10 PM. I arrived at 9:59 PM and went to the front, where he told me he had just given our table away. He said he would figure something out and to wait 10-15 minutes. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes before we decided to leave.

Went to this restaurant with a group of friends for valentines day, it was not crowded or overbooked. Upon checking in for our reservation, we checked with the people in the front and they assured us we could go straight from our reservation to the upstairs rooftop. Once seated, service was TERRIBLE. Literally had to flag down anyone possible to get drink orders in, struggled to even get him to bring us water, and the waiter rushed our check out while the plates weren't even cleared yet. It was the worst service I've ever received, to be quite honest. Then, to our surprise, when we inquired again about the best way to get to the rooftop we were told we had to wait outside in the large line and then pay the hefty cover charge. We asked why and for clarification and the waiter VERY rudely dismissed us and said "that's how it works, go outside to wait". So we kindly asked to speak to the manager, Aaron...who then shoo-ed us out and told us he couldn't do anything to help us and to go outside and pay. We asked if there was any way he could at least help us not wait in the line and just pay? Nope, he shut us down and told us it wasn't his job or problem to. So we wait, and wait..and then see this exact same Aaron guy escorting groups of girls he thought were pretty and surpassing every line and fee to walk these girls up as he saw fit. Saw this happen about five times. So not only is this restaurant rude with bad service...but also apparently treats its customers terrible if Aaron doesn't think you're pretty enough for him.

I had a less than satisfactory experience here on Valentine’s Day. It was a complete mess from start to finish. I had made dinner reservations weeks prior only to get there and wait another 15 minutes to be seated. Once we got seated, it took about another 15 minutes to finally get a server to our table (only because the host, which was extremely nice by the way, came to check on us to see if we had gotten waited on yet). We then placed our food and drink order with our waiter immediately then, because it seemed like it could take a while to place our order if we asked for him to come back, just based on the way things were going at that point. The food came out at a reasonable time, but they forgot to bring our drinks out. Our waiter was no where to be found the entire time, but it seemed like everyone else had waiters come to their tables. Nobody to come check on us, ask for refills, nothing. We never got the chance to ask for our drinks until we finally had to flag our waiter down as he was passing by. I will say the one highlight of the experience was that my impossible burger was really great, but my girlfriend was underwhelmed by her Pappardelle. The drinks still never came out when asked, so we decided to leave and asked for our check. When I received it, they charged us wrong and added a few items that we never ordered. They just seemed really flustered, confused, and a hot mess. It really wasn’t that busy and it seemed they had a staff size that was more than capable to handle the current capacity (around 50 guests). I was really disappointed at that point for such horrible service. They finally figured out the bill issue, apologized, and gave us a discount which was nice, but the experience still put a damper on Valentines date night with my boo. Will definitely not be coming back.

Been many times before and loved the food and the vibe. Booked via opentable but there was an unadvertised drag karaoke brunch today which totally ruined the vibe. Food was just mediocre today too. Should make sure the opentable listing reflects the calendar of events.

We came down for brunch before the women’s march and we’re so happy with the level of service we received. I wish o could remember our servers name but I had champagne 😜 He was super helpful with vegan options and just was extremely pleasant. I will definitely Italy be back. Food was great as well.

We took the family as a downtown LA experience. The salmon and steak were ok, ravioli was aweful. Service was poor.
