The service was excellent. However, we had a hard time chewing the vegetables because they were hard. We also expected the beverage (coffee) to be included in the price. We feel that the dinner was not worth $55.00. We most likely will not be returning.

Excellent Sevice, very attentive server. The Venue with all the Chandeliers… Just Beautiful!!! Food was so so, bread, Caesar salad and French Onion soup… were great!!! Entrees not so much. My daughter had the steak, I had the veal and my husband had the short rib. The steak was dry, the veal was very acidic and very sticky sauce, the short rib was good but the very yellow polenta that came with it, didn’t taste good. Ice creams were good and they had gluten free options.

Dessert is an ice cream trolly. Lovely idea. It would be nice to sample more than I favor. I would suggest 2 smaller scoops or 1 larger, a choice for the guest. There were interesting alcoholic beverages based on the play, great idea. Could several be made non-alcoholic? Steak was so so

Way overpriced even with coupon for $20 off. Service was good, food could have been hotter.

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at Lucille at the Drury Lane Theatre and it was the perfect afternoon. The well planned menu complemented a variety of tea choices. Everything was thoughtfully plated. The service was excellent and well paced. We will be back.

We’ve been coming here for brunch for years. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We had a reservation for 2:30 and had to wait an hour to be seated. Multiple tables open but no one cleaning them for family’s to sit. When we were finally seated it was in a room full of empty dirty tables that were never cleaned the whole time we ate. Never were we offered a drink of any kind and had to ask a random worker for water. The room was freezing and music so loud we could hardly hear each other talk. The food was decent but it’s been way better in the past. It was a very disappointing Mothers Day.

My husband and I often take our holiday meals @Lucille as the buffet is always top notch. It was fantastic for Mother’s Day. Food was excellent as always! Servers seemed to be overloaded and a bit fatigued by our 1:30 reservation, so I have to say that was a bit clunky, but overall everything was excellent. I am sure, like all restaurants these days that the service area is a bit understaffed. Still highly recommend!

This was disappointing. First of all, for the first year we were expected to pay in advance. I found this outrageous, but we still decided to go given our previous years of a great experience. I've come for Mother's Day brunch the last few years. Upon arrival, we are usually greeted right away and this time, we just stood there with no greeting, waiting for several minutes before the host even looked up to say he'd help us in a minute. Finally, after continuing to wait, we were finally able to check in and we stood waiting for another period of time before I had to go ask about our seating. After being seated, we looked around to find many, many empty tables yet many were sitting with dirty dishes on them surrounding us. Not the best atmosphere. While the food was overall pretty good, some of it was being served lukewarm, and there were a number of things that we were all unhappy with. Next year, given the price is so high, we will find another location.
