   The restaurant was understaffed for the amount of customers. Waited 15 minutes before a waitress came over. Ordered appetizers immediately, one was soup which took 30 minutes. Needed to ask the host to have the waitress come over to take our main course order. All the tables around us were not cleared of food and dirty dishes after people left.

   Beautiful view, menu is OK, it needs a little more options, especially for vegetarians. Nice drinks and ambiance. Bar was full.

   The dining room was relatively quiet. We ordered pizzas that took a little time to come out. When they did, one was room temp and the other was warm. Ambiance and bar area were pretty cool.

   The Sea Crest Beach Hotel was an amazing first experience! The General Manager and professional staff are impressive. The food and service at Red's was outstanding and I can't wait to return for another visit!

   We arrived and despite being confirmed on opentable the restaurant said didn’t have our reservation (and I could show them my confirmation on my phone). However we were lucky because they sat us right away anyway. It was a side beach view table which was nice. Service was very slow, and we didn’t seem to have a consistent waiter or staff member. Noone came to check on our meals which were quite slow to arrive. However our 6 year old was very hungry so we were eventually able to flag a person working at the restaurant down to bring us bread to hold him over. When the food eventually came it was pretty tasty so that was positive. I wasn’t happy with my cocktail but since no one came check on us my husband eventually went to ask for it to be fixed. All in all the poor service dampened our experience.

    Steven our waiter arrived at our table and seemed distracted. Took our drink order then proceeded to attend to the table next to us which sat after us. He brought them table bread and waters before even providing us with the same. food was adequate at best. Ordered burgers, they were supposed to be medium but came well done. I decided to not send back since it had already been an hour from the time we sat to the time we got our food. At end of our dinner asked for 2 coffees, and that took him 20 min to bring to table, for our first time here it was not a good experience. Then on our check he indicated 3 coffee's when it was only 2, and only 2 people at our table.
