Caffe Dei Fiori Ristorante opened in November 2014 on the upper east side of Manhattan. It is the result of Owner Mr. Daliso Gulmini who is compelled with great passion for Italian cuisine. Mr. Gulmini from Bologna, Italy decided to take on the challenge to bring to New York fine Italian tradition and to transform such tradition into excellent dishes.
Caffe Dei Fiori Ristorante is driven by quality ingredients and dedicated research combining them with Italian talent, mentality and heart.
The setting is the outcome of fine craftsmanship thought, planned and realized in the Italian design and mostly with italian manufacturers;
freshness, kindness and ability to put guests at ease are the trade marks that the dining room management wishes to offer during the Caffe Dei Fiori dining experience.

The service and food were terrific. Had both the Dover Sole and lasagna specials. Highly recommend.

Me and my girlfriends wanted a last minute Italian meal on Saturday night and we choose here. It was a little quiet for us, but the servers sat us on the top floor so we were comfortable making a lot of noise. The food was amazing I had the Mushroom Risotto and it was so so so good. A little pricey, but a wonderful night.

Delicious food, wonderful staff. A little expensive, but we would definitely enjoy another meal there.

Lovely little spot- very friendly staff and service- food was very good starting with homemade breadsticks- my wife had Branzini and I veal milenase- both were excellent choices

Wonderful decor and lighting and delicious food. Service very friendly but a little slow for the prices which are high. Not too noisy - great evening even if prices were a little high

Second time we’ve been there the first time was good we sat out in the Terrace but this time there was only one other table downstairs that had customers it took close to 35 minutes for us to get our food which was lukewarm at best when we received it I would not recommend this restaurant and

Had a wonderful dinner for my son’s birthday. Service and food were excellent. Their Carbonara is outstanding and the salmon I had was delicious.
