Our chalk-board menu changes daily: smoked beef tenderloin, housemade corned beef, Agassiz Farm House Cheddar, Cashel Irish Blue Cheese, Neal's Yard Lincolnshire Poacher, Fireweed Honey, Marcona Almonds and Ambrosia apples may be on. Create a tasting plate and pair with a flight of rare wines, beers or sherries. Dine at our 16ft. communal table or grab one of our cosy table for 2. Great for pre or post dinner drinks, or order a bunch of plates and make it dinner. Salt is 15 year old business knows how to take care of you.

My wife and I went to Salt for my birthday. The staff was both happy and knowledgeable of both the foods and the wine! Great time!!!!! Just wished the ambience was a little bit different - but I’m not complaining; there’s nothing wrong with it - just a personal preference. Thanks for the great birthday time Salt!

We had the Sunday fondue. Very good. I’d just eliminate the sliced tomatoes and replace with cherry tomatoes. Maybe add grapes to the assortment. Everything else was great. Reasonably priced. Found the ambiance of the new location lacking from that of the old location . Maybe it was just a quiet Sunday night.

Outstanding value…you can experience a big range of different flavours here for a very reasonable price. Wine fans are also in for a treat. A great hangout vibe…classy stuff without being pretentious. The corned beef is absurdly nicely done…old school NYC style and while you need to be careful who say this to, many say they like it better than Schwartz’s beef in Montreal. I’d be careful saying that if you’re in Montreal though!

Our group of four popped in around 9:00 after a show and had such a terrific experience. The service was exceptional! Great food suggestions and knowledge about the wines. Atmosphere was really relaxed and we had no problem having a conversation. We would all highly recommend Salt!

Absolutely amazing! Delicious wine and great food pairings. Extremely knowledgeable server. I enjoyed the old location but really hope the new one works out. Top notch and I’ll be back!

SALT is back! I had a wonderful selection of meats, cheeses and condiments that paired perfectly with my wine flight. SALT is reasonably priced, has attentive and knowledgeable staff who truly cater to the customers. 10/10!
