Paramount Room features a unique, dual level space loaded with urban charm and contemporary design elements with a street-level open-air dining room and resurrected prohibition-era basement speakeasy completely redesigned with chic modern lounge elements and high, dramatic ceilings.

Chef/Partner Stephen Dunne (Volo Restaurant Wine Bar) creates a seasonally rotating menu of elevated pub standards and internationally inspired dishes of skillfully prepared but unpretentious and acclaimed cuisine.

A full bar selection includes "No Crap On Tap" Belgian, craft-brewed, domestic, and imported beers covering a range of stylistic, geographic, and flavor profiles plus craft cocktails, and boutique wine by the glass - all curated by Beverage Director John Douglass.
