Camelia is my favorite restaurant in LA! The food, service, vibe & decor are all top notch…did I mention the cocktails…keep those old fashions & martinis coming! If I could afford it I’d eat here every day!

We felt very welcomed at the restaurant and enjoyed our anniversary dinner. We appreciate the candle celebrating it on our desert. Food was enjoyable and the background music pleasant! We will be back.

Incredible. Rarely do I like every dish but…EVERY SINGLE DISH we all cleaned and wanted to lick our plates. Ever since church and state shut down the space has languishe and thus could be the new spot.

We had to wait almost 30 min before the waiter came. The chicken was 65 we thought it was going yo be delicious. It wasn’t. It was plain without flavor. It was a salty cream sauce without any flavor. I do not recommend the place. We ordered for starter Uni with tuna, depressing! The dessert pudding. Pudding? We didn’t know what it was. As the rest of our meal, plain. The wine list too pricy but not good. Not a good experience!

Every dish is pure bliss, but the iwashi toast is ecstasy. Service is top-notch, too, and so helpful when trying to narrow down options.

We came as Tsubaki super fans. This was our first time at Camelia. The whole experience was exceptional across the board. The big debate all night was “what was best?” Nothing won, we loved every bite. Service was crisp and relaxed full of detail and passion. Our wine glasses was never full nor empty, just perfectly chilled white burgundy for each small course bite. Sublime..

There were four of us and the food was stellar. Sea bream, broccolini , loup de mer, pork chop, sweet potato gratin, white asparagus and chicken. We particularly found the seam bream and white asparagus exceptionally creative and tasty. Service was good. However, if the dish is for sharing, I would ask that the bus person bring a serving utensil with the food. I asked the bus persons where the asparagus was from but she did not return with the answer.
