Rodger was our waiter and he is fantastic. Definitely will request him for our next visit this week on Wednesday.. The ambience is quite beautiful and the noise level was very low. We dine out a great deal and this was fine dining at its best. We had a wonderful time not stuffy but comfortable and incredibly great service and quite elegant. We will definitely be back on a regular basis.

We enjoyed dinner at William B’s last night. The filet mignon and mushrooms were excellent, and the bread service was beautifully presented. However, I was surprised and disappointed to be told I could only try three of the breads on the tray. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and embarrassing. More concerning was the service. The staff member delivering and clearing our plates repeatedly reached over us rather than serving from the side, which was awkward and uncomfortable. We also had to ask for water refills, and when I requested additional bread for my mom, I was met with an eye roll. At this price point, I expect a higher level of professionalism and respect. While the food was truly enjoyable, the staff would benefit greatly from more training in service etiquette.

William B Steakhouse was great and was exactly what we were expecting after reading most of the reviews. The ambience is relaxing. The booths and tables are nicely spaced. The acoustics are pitched perfectly as is the music, making it easy to have a conversation. Our server aimed to please as did the bussers. The assortment of wonderful breads was brought to the table before we ordered our meal. The menu was varied; so, it was easy to make dinner selections. The quality of food was tops, and the portions were ample. As an added treat, our server brought mini complementary martini's! We shall definitely return.

We went to William B's for their Wagyu Wednesday special. The atmosphere, service and food were excellent. Especially enjoyed their Caesar salad and butter-whipped potatoes. They have a great bread selection and the wagyu ribeye was made how we liked it. Many thanks to Roger for making our first time there an excellent experience. We will definitely be back!
