    We were seated on the Hazelton side of the patio as per my request and only because when I have sat on that side (usually in the evenings) there's less noise however seating on that part of the patio during weekday lunch was incredible noisy. The loading dock was consistently packed and backed up with trucks waiting their turn so the noise and truck fumes impacted the ambiance ...its usually very nice on that side but yesterday afternoon was seemed like we were sitting beside the highway....Note ...if a guest is having a business meeting and needs a quiet spot this is the wrong part of the patio ...otherwise 10/10 on food and service !!

    We've been going to One for several years now and we're disappointed with this last visit. I know the management changed a year or two ago and it's noticeable. The food quality has reduced. I went for brunch, so I had the Full Breakfast ($39) with two eggs, potatoes, fruit and a side of avocado. Juice and coffee were also included. I ordered the eggs over medium and they were closer to hard. The fruit cup was miniscule, with one blackberry, one grape and small cubes of melons that fit in a half ounce cup. The potatoes were good, that was the highlight. The service was okay, nothing special. For the prices we were paying we expected better food and better service overall. The best thing about One is the ambience and that's not enough for me to return. The cost was high for brunch. The bagel and lox was $34, Avocado Toast was $34 and a two egg breakfast was $29. The Avocado Toast had very little avocado actually on it. I doubt we'll be returning to One for brunch anytime soon.

    Terrible experience. We had a reservation, but when we arrived, it was clear the better tables were being saved for their “regulars” or favorite guests. We were offered a table that felt like an afterthought—tucked away and completely unwelcoming. While others were seated at prime spots with no wait, we were left feeling like we didn’t matter. The attitude was dismissive, and the atmosphere felt exclusive in the worst way. We were so disappointed, we ended up leaving without even ordering. Definitely won’t be back.

    Our waitress was friendly, attentive and provided wonderful service! Food was great, as always. My fish dish was incredible! My two daughters and I have our birthdays on 3 consecutive days and every year my husband takes us to celebrate our birthdays at your restaurant, so it’s now become a tradition! He is very particular about restaurants but will happily book your restaurant and enjoys everything about it!

    server was terrible. i live in the US and dine at the INE everytime i come to TO. this time, the food was cold, the server was coy, aloof and quite rude!
