The Corson Building is a home, a restaurant, and a community. Together we work to celebrate food and the daily nourishment it provides.

We are open for dinner Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. On Thursday and Friday nights we offer a small, intimate a la carte menu and take reservations between 6:00pm and 9:30pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, we host single seating, prix fixe, family style feasts. Our Saturday night dinners begin at 6:30pm at a cost of $100 per person for dinner with optional, $50 a person wine pairings. Our Sunday dinners begin at 6:00pm and are $80 per person including wine(all pricing is before tax and gratuity).

Please check the calendar on our website for information on our bi-weekly Thursday themed dinners and periodic Sunday brunches.

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. We've been to the Corson Building for both the A La Carte (1) and Prix Fixe (2). The Prix Frixe experience was so much better. We did the wine pairings both times and that was quite an experience. For the Prix Fixe experience, you need to be comfortable sitting at a community table and talking with someone you don't know. On both occasions, we had amazing table neighbors that made the experience even that much better.

Winter is inside time and it's hard to keep an inside voice when good food and drink abound as it did Saturday evening at The Corson Building. It was our first time eating here, a Valentines dinner for my husband and I. We were greeted by the owner Matthew and handed a sparkling apertif . He had called the day before to see if there were any dietary restrictions which I thought was quite the personal touch. He also stressed "doors open at 630pm" . We sat in our car for a bit having arrived early and rain in a state of downpour. Family seating is the name of the game. We were at a 10 top and enjoyed meeting our fellow diners. I wasn't too sure about the family style initially but it was quite lovely. The chef and her assistants created scrumptious plates beginning to end. My husband and I left satisfied and satiated. We will return with the sun and warmth to take advantage of the outdoor seating. It looks lovely out there.

I love this place! Beautiful atmosphere with 3community tables. You will meet locals who are foodies and see value on such atmosphere and PNW cuisine. Tonight food is inspired by Middle East- unique but not too much.

This is my favorite restaurant in Seattle, the setting/ambience is SO lovely, the food is INCREDIBLE, and it's always a fun social experience with the staff and the other guests. Seriously, nothing I ate tasted good the next three days after I ate here. The staff is so nice and welcoming, they helped my family identify a random herb the found outside in the garden. Being greeted with a cocktail is nice too. I can't wait to take a bunch of family and go back in the summer!

The food is unfailingly delicious, invintive and unusual in it's ingredients. The wait staff are gracious, knowledgable, patient and understated. The building is a cross between a french and italian farm house with nice touches here and there without being fussy. I have never been disappointed.

Really wonderful taste profiles. Sophisticated menu. Wines are pretty pricey though. Our waiter was really focused on other tables so that was a bit frustrating (about 20 minutes between our entrees being cleared to him coming back to drop dessert menus, for example).

The whole experience is unique and I do recommend trying out the Corson Building. The food was nothing less then delicious. We loved the prex fix menu and family style eating. Service started out strong but fizzled to nothing by the end of the meal, to the point where we had to go find him to get our bill, and then again to get our visa receipt to sign. The acoustics are terrible, especially if there are some raucous guest as there was the night we decided to go. The small space and brick walls are not conducive to really hearing each other, which is something our family actually likes to do. But the food was amazing and a couple of bottles of wind come to the table as included in the price of the prex fixe, even without ordering the wine paring. Which ended up being perfect for us. I would definitely return in the summer months when we could sit outside in the exquisite garden.

Went there for our anniversary. We found The Corson Building charming. The service was attentive and professional, and the food divine. Every dish we ordered surprised us with its creativity and depth. As everyone has mentioned, it is communal seating, which to us was a little strange at first but quickly ceased to matter. We will be back!
