    We were there for 3.5 hours. It started by waiting 15 minutes for water, then another 15 minutes for our cocktails. The waitstaff blamed the bartender but we could see the drinks on the counter waiting for her to pick them up. We saw people come and go as we continued to wait for our entrees. Another long wait for dessert and finally the check. Also, the temperature in the dining room was very warm.

    We arrived at 6:41 p.m. for a 6:45 reservation. The restaurant was 2/3 empty. Nevertheless the hostess rudely told us to have a seat and wait. We sat and cooled our heels until finally they stopped chatting amongst themselves and took us to our table. We have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. Each time the staff gets less and less welcoming. Can no longer recommend despite better than average cuisine.

    Our waitress, Jessica was very knowledgeable about the menu and served us with a high degree of attentiveness and warmth. Gave great suggestions

    Had reservation and still waited 20 min to be seated. Quality of food did not match price. Server was wonderful though.

    The quality of the happy hour menu items was extremely poor. We ordered fish tacos and chicken lettuce wraps and a few other items. The fish in the tacos was so overcooked and dried out is wasn’t eatable. The chicken in the lettuce wraps was over salted. Had we known we would have ordered off the regular menu that looked amazing.

    The food was top-notch! Perfect meal. Some of the dinners we had were the filet mignon, the grouper and the grilled salmon. Mango sticky rice was the accompaniment for the fillet and the grouper. The salmon was accompanied by mashed potatoes and the Asian green beans. The clam chowder was delicious & the chopped side salad not only looked delicious, but was a great size. You could probably share that with your companion. The service was superb and the restaurant staff made sure to make mention of the fact that we were Landry members.

    Lighting needs adjustment to improve the ambiance. The dining room was lit so bright you almost needed sun glasses.
