   Let me start by saying the service was fantastic. Our server was on it and provided 5 star service. However, the food was mostly inedible. They were out of two of the drinks we had ordered. We started with the oysters, cocktail shrimp, ahi tuna and clam chowder. The clam chowder came out warm, still edible but just warm enough to consume. Cocktail shrimp and raw oysters were delish. We ordered the lamb chops, which were supposed to come out with a minty sauce, the "sauce" they drowned them in was lacking the minty compliment to the lamb. We ordered a filet and asked for it to come out blue, which is a very rare, very cool "blue" center and it came out closer to medium rare. The lobster tails we ordered came out looking and tasting like rubber. The asparagus came to the table almost brown. When our waitress came to check on us we let her know that we were disappointed with the entrees and she had the general manager, JD Crowder come to the table to talk to us. He began to tell us how he has only been there for 2 months and is trying to turn the place around, which I respect. What I don't respect is him acknowledging that they did not properly take their frozen lobster tail and thaw it out the way it should be as well as acknowledging they ran out of asparagus and made a run to Publix to get more. First and foremost, your produce should not be coming from Publix, it should be coming from a certified distributor. He also acknowledged that the asparagus, lobster tail, and cook of the steak was not to the standard they should be holding. After the acknowledgement from the GM of the food being far below the standard they should be providing, he proceeded to take $13 off the bill which is a slap in the face for what we had spent there. He should have just left the bill with no "discount." We are beyond disappointed with the quality of food we got for the amount of money we spent. We were out celebrating a birthday and it was an extremely disappointing dinner.

   The food was excellent, and Priscilla was a fantastic server. We were celebrating a birthday and college graduation, and the Chart House made sure our visit was special.

   Food was great I had the sea bass with a lobster risotto. The lobster was Maine lobster but definitely not fresh cooked. It was something sold as packaged lobster that tasted like the one I had purchased at Costco. It had a fishy smell and taste. Our server was very nice and very attentive. We had a pleasant evening .

   My first experience was excellent. I was celebrating my Birthday and it was a nice surprise to see my name printed on the menu. The food and service was great. Love the view of St. Johns river and fireworks show to top it off. Thank you Chart House for the lovely experience.

   Wonderful location and amazing views of downtown. Food, service and atmosphere was perfect and me and my family had a great time. We will be back!

   Nice variety at garden bar, would have liked some dried fruit & regular balsamic offered there; excellent filets & garlic mashed potatoes, always a great view

    The food was good but the service was not up to par during this visit. I eat at the Chart House often with family and friends. I live in a condo next door and it is convenient. There always seems to be a big turnover in serving staff and quality of service.
