    We frequent Chart House often, and we are always so satisfied. My boyfriend got the soufflé esprossotini. It was SO good and unique. Not overly sweet, perfectly balanced. We started with mussels, shrimp cocktail and the spinach salad. Mussels were the best I’ve had in Jax, so tender and full of flavor. Crazy, but the spinach salad is my favorite item here. I literally crave this salad all the time. The warm bacon dressing is just chef’s kiss. I know it’s a seafood restaurant, but don’t sleep on their red meat! The NY strip was cooked perfectly, and my boyfriend enjoyed the prime rib. We always have great service here, but last night we had outstanding service from Jordan. One of the best servers we’ve had in Jax. We would definitely request him next time.

    Spilled steak juice on my shirt, had to send back both steaks…one undercooked and one overcooked then they got the bill all messed up. I won’t be back.

    It was Fathers Day and they seemed to struggle. Food took long, steak not prepared to requested temperature. My husband ate while I waited. Salad Bar was sub par. The view of the bay is awesome.

    One of the few places you can go that has good service. The servers paid a lot of attention to us, were very friendly and helpful. The food was equally amazing. I will definitely be back.

    It wasn’t as good as it used to be. Prime rib in the special menu came out lukewarm and the mashed potatoes were a bit dry. The lava cake was dry and room temperature, so the lava was more like icing consistency. Not hot enough to melt ice cream. Chart House used to be to par with Ruth Chris, but our last meal was a bit Ruby Tuesday caliber.

    Matt, Priscilla, and Haze provided great service that was very professional. The view of the river and downtown Jacksonville was spectacular. The prime rib and clam chowder were just fine amazing. The lobster bisque soup, shrimp entrée and salmon were also on point. A very delicious and delightful dining experience !
