About this restaurant

The dining room combines casual comfort and sophistication with touches that are both rough-hewn and refined. But the main attraction is the partly open kitchen’s rôtisserie ovens and their fine whole fish, meats and poultry turning over open flames. Seasonal vegetables are abundant and worthy of a vegetarian feast. Decadent potato dishes and classic French desserts and house made ice creams and sorbets, complete the picture. The simply roasted fare is primarily gluten free. At lunch, we add generous main course salads, tempting pot pies and sliders. Bordeaux and Burgundy collectors will find their pleasure on the primarily French wine list. The bar is not to be missed for after-work Upper East Side people watching, classic and seasonal cocktails and bar bites. The soul-satisfying French-American comfort fare is complemented by the warm welcome of your host, Georgette Farkas. The “ROTISSERIE TABLE” private room seats ten.
