This was a special occasion and Bistecca did not disappoint! Our server was absolutely delightful and very helpful with the numerous choices on the menu. Everyone ordered something different and everything was exceptional! You can never go wrong for any occasion at Bistecca - Outstanding!

It will always be The Grotto to me, but regardless of the name change it always has been and always will be the best restaurant in North Texas. Chef Morris does everything right and everything on the menu is perfect. I’ve been going for 20+ years and have never been disappointed.

We have been dining at The Grotto / Bistecca for probably close to 20 years. It is consistently good. Morris puts out a great product with a wonderful atmosphere and great service. Last night, Mitchell was our server and he did an excellent job. The entire service was timed beautifully which is a huge deal to me. We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary and wanted something close to home. Bistecca never disappoints. Our meal included 1/2 orders of Steak Salerno and the Tuna wonton appetizer, a wedge salad, Tenderloin (rare plus) and Sea bass with the Pecan twirl for desert. Everything was perfect.
