Welcome to Fran's Filling Station. I opened this restaurant to fill a void: inexpensive, eclectic dishes designed to satisfy both grazers and hearty eaters in a fun, welcoming and casual environment. My mission is to prepare fresh and carefully crafted food and to serve it in a manner that nurtures the spirit as well as the body, capturing the essential meaning of hospitality. Went for lunch with family. Was not busy and ate inside . Bacon wrapped tater tots are a must. All of our dishes were cooked to perfection. Will go back again and again.

Service was very poor. It Took over an hour for our food to come Out. The manager informed us that they were short staffed but he couldn’t comp anything because Fran was “sleeping”. The table next to us was very upset. They were given free desserts but that didn’t make up for the poor service We tried this for the first time as we’ve heard great things. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

Fran’s never disappoints! The kale salad is outstanding , the special was delicious, and the New South Chicken sandwich is the very best sandwich in town!

such a great lunch spot, hard to decide but went with the calories!! the tots wrapped in bacon are sinful, the deviled eggs delicious and got the chicken sandwich with the pepper jelly. so many great tastes, enjoyed them all

Our meal had to be sent back to the kitchen twice, since it was served cold to us twice. No apologies, very disappointing, not what we’ve experienced at Frans in the past.

service is excellent as the servers get to know their customers. menu changes frequently with interesting and innovative choices.....all of which are really tasty......a wonderful neighborhood, family restaurant where Fran comes and greets her guests

Fran's is always a treat, whether for lunch, dinner or Valentine's Day. Food is fresh, delicious, inventive. Menu rotates according to season's and Fran's creations. Fresh ingredients used. From down home (Fran's meatballs) to wonderful fresh fish, salads, desserts - it's always good. Also a good craft beer list and selection of wine.
