Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The brussel sprouts were not as well cooked as usual. The steak was top notch as always!!! My husband ordered ginger ale and when he asked for another they brought a different brand which he didn’t like. The waiter refused to acknowledge that it was different which was very strange. He didn’t charge us for either one but it was odd. If you want an amazing steak, it’s the place to go but you are overpaying for everything else.

    We were celebrating a friend’s birthday; everyone from the hostess to the waiter to the manager wished her happy birthday, served a fabulous free dessert and they even gave her a long stemmed rose. But even without the special attention; it was perfect. Quiet enough to be able to hear everyone at your table, impeccable service and the most delicious food. I will definitely go back!

    TCG is a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion or just have a special dinner out. The service and attention to detail can't be matched. Our table was celebrating a birthday and from the decorations on the table, (and birthday card) to the wonderful dessert and champagne toast everything was impeccable. DInner included the crab cocktail, calamari, and lobster crabcake, Sliced fillets and lamb chops. All were prepared as ordered and the portions were large enough to take home for a second meal. Liana, Michael and Leo know how to make their guests feel like family.

    the capital grill used to be a go to for a consistently good steak/seafood experience. the quality of the food has gone from very good to fair. the service is very good.

    I must say that the service was the absolute best and so was the ambiance. Although the food was o.k., it did not meet the expectations of the high prices. The steak was extremely small for such an exorbitant price and it was not well seasoned, and filled with fat. The side dishes lacked seasoning and they were very bland. I won't be going back; a chain restaurant offered more at a lesser price.
