   My family and I have eaten at this location for years. Tonight was my last night. My daughter and I ordered the chicken experience rather than the full churassco one because the steak lacks flavor from past visits. We were overlooked the first 30 min after being seated. In total we were served 2 pieces of chicken thighs even though men kept passing our table with chicken legs and bacon wrapped chicken (which we really like). I asked the guy who brought our first piece of chicken to bring us the bacon wrapped; even our waitress but never received it. We were so disappointed. Our friend who was with us ordered the full experience and was overlooked to the point he stopped the main guy who repeatedly walked by us why we weren’t being offered cuts of meat. By this time our table had been cleared. This man goes and gets a new plate and placed 4 pieces of meat on it. No silverware, napkins, nothing on the table but a plate of meat. We got up and left.

   Have been to this location multiple times and always great, but unfortunately not the case in my last visit. Sat on a table separated from the rest of the restaurant, meat not coming and side dishes (polenta, fried banana, etc) were brought in when we were almost finished. Simple example - pao de queijo, we had one serving and never came back. Servers used to be welcoming and asked types of meat and preferences - absolutely not my experience in the last visit.

   This is one of the best Fogo locations. The staff always go above and beyond, and the food is always on point.

   The quality of the food is just not the same. The service was horrible. I was basically ignored. I got my salad and soup and was given my sides. By the time I finished my salad it took 15 minutes to replace my dirty plates and another 10 minutes for a meat to arrive. They must have been short as it seemed nobody was offering any meats. The salad bar was nice but even the pineapple was hard as a rock. I could not wait to leave. Waste of money and time. AWFUL !

   My experience was overall good. We had to ask for certain meats a few times as I didn’t see as much variety as I normally do at the atlanta location. Our server was great…. However, my shirt had oil splatters all over my sleeve and with the type of fabric it was, it was disappointing as I’m not sure if oil will be able to be removed. But overall it was fine

   We have been to Fogo many times over the years for various special occasions. We celebrated another anniversary and Fogo didn’t disappoint as our special restaurant to go to. JP and the entire wait staff were outstanding in their service. The side dishes (mashed potatoes, polenta and plantains) were hot and delicious. They were replenished without asking. The meats were flavorful and cooked just right. Everything on the salad bar was scrumptious, especially the kale salad. My only complaint is that we did not get to taste all the yummy varieties of meat. We were too full. We’ll just have to return and taste what we missed. Thank you Fogo de Chao for a memorable anniversary!

   Another great dining experience at Fogo de Chao. It was not as crowded as prior visits so those looking for easy access may want to consider an early weekday for dinner. This 'may' have impacted the 'meat carriers' not coming around as often. We mentioned this to our server Mel (who did an outstanding job) and we got more attention right away. We were celebrating our 38th anniversary. We initially planned to leverage the $49 special however decided to splurge with the full churrasco. Favorite meat was the beef ribs.

   Great food! Short staffed but pretty good. Our main Server was running around and pretty much ignoring us. But the steak came around and food was great.

   Not complaints on the food quality and the servers of the food. After our waitress greeted us and sent someone to take drink orders that was the last we saw of her. The drinks were good but took forever to get out?? Our reservation was for 15 people celebrating two birthdays and at around 8:20PM a male server ask if anyone wanted anything more from the salad / fruit bar of which due to the delay of being served from the beginning we were still enjoying dinner and felt very rushed by announcing the closing of the salad / fruit bar. At the end having multiple separate checks involved it took a minimum of 30 minutes to complete. In addition, as we were all finishing dinner, staff was disassembling tables, moving chairs and it became very obvious we were the only people remaining and getting stared out as if you need to hurry up and leave. We spent approximately $800 or more for our party of 15 and we will not be back. Looking at prior reviews, service has been an ongoing problem and we wished now we had planned to celebrate at another established restaurant in the area of which we will do moving forward. If your waiters and waitresses questioned their tips from our group last night now you can explain to them why. We never not tip for great food and more importantly great service but last night was definitely not one of those nights. Good luck, your establishment needs immediate attention and improvement. Btw, one of your valet parking guys provided one explanation as we were leaving, we asks if this was typical of our experience and he said no but tonight we are rushing to get everyone out so we can have floor cleaners come in overnight. Your Sunday hours are until 9:PM, poor decision on your part. There was nothing but ice on the salad / fruit bar by 8:30PM and people moving and folding tables like it was a movie set. Clean up your act. Party of 15!!!!

    Simple food has no flavor, high prices, service at the beginning, everything was very good, then when I already ate this one, they make you feel that you should grab and leave.
