Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our dinner snd service were excellent. The only problem is that the city of Pittsburgh made Fifth Ave one way except for a red lane for buses only. This made accessing valet parking more difficult as we were unaware of the change. It is now across the street and only available after 6pm. Not knowing that, we had to circle the block several times until we saw the valet on the opposite side of the intersection with Wood Street. I suggest you have a notice about this on your website so customers are prepared. We were meeting people there or we might have canceled since we had difficulty finding the valet.

    We were able to get a reservation that same day thanks to the app. They had our table set with hearts and an anniversary card, we did not tell them it was our anniversary but knew it from OpenTable. Friendly service delicious food and our waiter “Will” was extremely nice. Highly recommend

    I always love the capital grille. The oysters are the best. And the bread. It appears the lobsters are getting smaller and smaller. Disappointing. Drinks great. Service excellent. The steaks are probably the best main to order. Thank you!!

    We were in town for the Phillies game and felt right at home at the Capital Grille. They were very accommodating, 5 star experience like the ones that I visited in other places.

    We went to Capital Grille Pittsburgh for my husband’s birthday and it could not have been better! The food was fantastic, Paul our server was perfect, and they gave us an amazing dessert experience for our birthday celebration! I definitely recommend the Kona crusted filet!

    Very hit or miss lately with the food. Couldn’t order lobster tails with our steaks. The chicken we ordered was overdone and very dry. This is still my favorite steak house but they need to work on consistency especially for the price point.
